More than 06 years experiences of working in International Organization in Administration Which Includes support to General administration, Security, Protocol and Courier services. 
In General Administration used to assist all Admin colleagues for different routine tasks such as Store inventory control, faxing, copying and scanning of important documents.   
Visits to different Mobile companies for issuance of official sims and payments of mobile bills 
Delivery of urgent mail to different Ministries and Embassies and UN Agencies.
Arranging Security entry permissions for visitors of UNICEF.
Visiting different Ministries and Embassies for submission of Visa cases and follow-up on it.
Submitting NOC request to MOFA and follow-up on it. 
Follow-up with Ministry of interior on visa issues. 
Distribution of mail within office and dispatch of Official mail pouch.
Responsible for collection of Office cards from UNDP. 
Support transport section on vehicle filing, its registration submission to MOFA and follow-up on it.

I have excellent understanding of all the Administrative work and I can do all the admin related work with less Supervision.
I have good communication skills.
I can use computer software Ms Word, Ms Excel and emails and scanning as well. 
Experience of general administration and program management in UN Agency.
Have proven ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.
