I am Engineer ARSALAN ALI BUGHIO and I am Master of Engineering in Energy and Environmental Engineering (also having LLB) with experience of 07 years in Environmental assessments, Risk Governance, Climate Change issues including mitigation and adaptation with different Consulting firms for multipurpose activities in accordance with Sindh EPA, Ministry of Climate Change Pakistan’s rules and regulations, well familiar with National Environmental policy 2005 and as well as World Bank’s safeguard policies and Environmental Health & Safety guidelines. I have expertise in conducting Environmental assessments, Environmental screening, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Initial Environmental Examination (IEE), Development of Environmental Management Plan (EMP), Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) and implementation. Environmental audits, Solid waste management, writing and evaluation of environmental impact statements and carrying out technical audits and support to staff in Environmental monitoring and Health Safety and Environment procedures. I have also worked with Food and agriculture organization of the United Nations (UN-FAO) and Tear fund UK on several assignments on Climate Change Impact assessments and Climate Change Vulnerability assessments. Project monitoring, evaluation and management has been the integral part of my job. My work experience has been purely related to identifying environmental issues and suggesting their mitigation measures before, during and after the project to achieve the desired goals. Stakeholder’s engagement has always been the primary activity in my experience.
