I grow to visit in in the factory to proper checking of housekeeping, Kitchen, Mess and assets checking in the morning. If I observe some error then I assigned task to concern person for correction/repair the said job. After few hours I feedback from the concern regarding accomplish task.   

I emerge to inspect tea items, Mess items available and calculate its quantity as I demand. I handed over tea items to Office boy and lunch material to cook for lunch.

I thrived and discuss with drivers on daily basis regarding supply vehicles. I allocate one drive whose is responsible to inspect vehicle mobile oil, radiator, wheel air pressure etc. I he finds some repair work he immediately responds to me then i mentioned the said work to transport department.

Medical and PSO bill after receipt. I organize and analysis of the total bill on spread sheet Excel and maintain proper filing record.     

I maturely visit to cafeteria during lunch and feedback from the employees regarding lunch. If I observe some abnormalities then I instructed to office boy & cook for proper arrangement.

I progress proper system of dispatch and received document in factory. 

I organized the proper plan for guest and visitor in the factory. 

I developed the security plant at factory and give genuine idea to Mr. President to install Camera in the factory premises for save point zone.

I developed the mechanism before repair any assets, collect three quotations from the market. Then I proceed repair work after satisfaction. 

I prepared monthly demand on excel sheet of Stationery, General items and cleaning items and prepare its analysis report for company record.

Provide emergency vehicle for any abnormalities/incident for labor at factory.

I prepared Sunday allowance report of factory staff.

Prepared summary of  imprest money bills every month.
