    i have worked from 01-03-2009 to 12-02-2013 as Plant Operator on Carbonating Tower plant. A continuous Process chemical Industry is designed to produce Soda Ash (Na2CO3 by Solvay process), 450 ton/day.

i have worked from 13-03-2013 to 17-05-2021 as Plant Operator with Gulf Chemicals and Industrial Oil Company (GCIR) Dammam in Saudi Arabia (KSA) at DIESEL DISTILLATION unit (HSD 2000bpd) and DEWAXING Unit of TRANSFORMER Oil and drilling and transformer Oil SULPHONATION & WASHING unit (1500 bpd) and Italy base DCS plant as operator.

JOB Responsibilities (distillation section):
             
          Operate preheat train to obtain required temperature of feed and decrease Reboiler duty.               
          Use dehydration section to remove moisture from feed.
          Control all parameters of the unit to produce specifications on grade products (rws, ss300, ss400) 
          Ensure smooth circulation of bottom product into reboiler to control column bottom                 
            Level, prevent tube rapturing of Reboiler and excess vaporization of feed
          Ensure smooth circulation of therminal oil into reboiler and use expansion vessel to                                                                                                                     
      Avoid excess vaporization of therminal oil. 
          Responsible for the smooth operation of assigned plant, Logging of different Parameters of plant.          
         Control the vacuum to avoid abnormal situations of plant.
         Emergency handling to prevent production loss & their relativent hazards.
         Responsible to Perform Normal and Emergency Shutdown and Startup of Unit.
    •     Able to work/rotate in shift (Day or Night).
         Familiar with permit to work system.
