Working with Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA) as  Mechanical
Maintenance Technician since June 2005 to 2019I am responsible for the maintenance and overhauling of Desalination plants including sea water intake, chemical dosing
compressors and various types of            pumps. Single & multi
stage, vertical and horizontal centrifugal - Reciprocating and
positive displacement pumps and various types of valves and other
plant auxiliaries.

I am responsible for the maintenance and overhauling of

Trash rack, travelling band filter and circulating water pum Executed plant operating procedures to ensure safe operation.
Implemented preventive maintenance and developed equipment service tasks.
Assisted in practice of situational leadership and environmental regulations.
Analyzed and resolved system and equipment problems.
Provided guidance for requisitioning of components and supplies.
Suggested improvements in plant operations and asset value.
