  • Take off quantities from Construction drawings and related documents for estimating and making BOQ’s and Sublet CA’s.

 

  • Contract drafting aur review.

 

  • Arbitration process and Negotiation.

 

  • Bidding strategy.

 

  • Identify and resolve all technical issues in concerned Bills.

 

  • Coordinate with Client staff regarding billing issues.

 

  • Submitting daily, weekly and Monthly Progress report.
