• End to end involvement in periodic Business Unit forecast preparation including management reviews and uploading on SPS tool.
• Preparation of full year budgets with deep-dive segment analysis for quality planning and decision making. 
• Responsible for monthly closing (closing JVs, validation of inventory valuation reserves, royalty provisions, monitoring of results etc.).
• Preparation of post-closing analytical reviews for seniors and Management. (It includes actual versus forecast and budget, debtor & creditor ageing, head counts, NCC review and CAPA plan, analysis on forex impacts etc.).
• Regular monitoring of SG&A and overheads with timely escalation of any significant deviations.
• Conducting quarterly Balance Sheet reviews (up to GL Level) where each GLs are reviewed thoroughly. Accordingly, actions are devised with consultation to clear aged items.
• Routine analysis of various SAP reports (P&L Statements, NCE, COPA, OCC, GR/IR reports etc.)
• Actively participated in post-merger and formation of SI EA re-organization activities. 
• ICFR – experience of assessing efficiency & effectiveness of internal controls and identification of weaknesses. Furthermore, supervision of annual inventory counts, fixed assets management & verification.
• Preparation of various Internal control reports (i.e., open GR/IR, POs, PRs) conducting meetings with management and stakeholders.
