As a Business Lead and ERP System Specialist at CIS, a software house, I analyze, facilitate, and develop the documentation of business and technical requirements for various ERP projects. I also partner with developers to design efficient and scalable technology solutions, and help create a superior user experience.

With over five years of experience in ERP implementation, project management, business intelligence, testing, and training, I have worked as a bridge between users and the development team in different organizations, such as United Mobile, Liberty Books, and Pioneer Cables. I have contributed to the improvement of ERP existing modules, the development of new modules, and the training of staff according to their job descriptions. I have also demonstrated my skills in databases, technical support, and system configuration. I am motivated by the challenge and opportunity to solve complex business problems and deliver value to the clients.

I have done various relevant courses to improve my skills & my professional career & planning to pursue a Business Degree soon.
