I Planned FTTH ODN on ArcGIS.

My experience is Network deployment with multiple departments quality Assurance, Network deployment,and currently working in OSP planning.

 Coordinating in Survey of sites for FTTH HLD (High Level 
Design), LLD (Low Level Design) andODN (Optical
Distribution Network) and technical vetting.
 Monitoring both ISP and OSP part of the project, solving
the issues related to ROW and onsiteambiguities and
deficiencies.
 Managing installation, testing, commissioning and acceptance of GPON
sites.
 Expert of BPON, GPON and FTTx technologies having hands on 
experience of designing and deploying Optical Distribution Network 
(ODN) for FTTx and HFC deployments.
 Proven leadership track record of managing and leading Multiple teams 
of engineer, technicians and vendor from different ethnic and cultural 
backgrounds.
 Strong grasp of different tools used for ODN schematic planning and 
deployment like ArcGIS and Google Earth.
