Working Environment
Working in Pakistan is an easy task in one way because one can find numerous work opportunities here. However, it is not upto mark in financial terms if it is compared with other countries. Payout ratio is very low because of no compliance of labour laws mostly in private sector.
Another aspect is that there is no work security even though you are loyal and hard-working candidate of your team only if you are working on the terms of that specific company.
Concluding on the point unless there are strict labour regulations specifically in private sector regarding pay scale, leave, gratuity and others there is always uncertainty for employees.
