Thoughts and Prayers

I have chosen an art piece that reflects my own aesthetic vision and also conveys a deeper philosophy behind my project. I think this is essential in today’s world, where we need to have a clear purpose and direction for our work. This approach not only guides me in my design decisions but also inspires me to create something meaningful.

My intention was to showcase the nurturing and caring environment that we often associate with our mothers. I wanted to extend this feeling to our patients, doctors and attendants, who deserve a comfortable and supportive space for their health and well-being.

I believe that we architects are developers, not just builders. Architecture is more than just creating buildings, it is like literature, where writing is only one aspect of the creative process. Building something is an expression of our ideas, values and aspirations.

Unfortunately, in Pakistan, we have been focused on building and constructing without paying enough attention to true development. Perhaps that is why we have not yet achieved the status of a developed country. However, I firmly believe that with my vision and passion, we can revolutionize the architecture of Pakistan.
