Self satisfaction

Hobby is a feeling that you do not in spare time but to refresh yourself... A Hobby is not a kind of responsibility. It is just a deep feeling in which we seek our peace 

Do you ever think that what kind of work give you the relaxation? If not then think it and do it not in spare time do it when ever you get bored or whenever you to do any work which needs and active mind there are so much kind of wonderful hobbies which usually you adopt but you don't accept that these are your hobbies like sleeping, eating ,walking,writing,thinking, and many more these are not those which usually written in our books like gardening,reading,etc . Moreover if we look the hobbies which are written in our usual books is not a hobby it's a kind of work which stuff our mind more instead of giving us a peaceful day.. 

So choose a hobby after  which you are able to get a deep a fresh breath and it makes you ready for any tough work
