    Description

    We are seeking a professional, friendly, and well-presented young individual for our Hotel located at new airport road Lahore.

    As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and phone callers, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression and ensuring smooth customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a polished appearance, and a strong customer-first attitude.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet all visitors and clients warmly and professionally; ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
    • Answer incoming calls, route them correctly, take messages, and follow up as needed.
    • Handle front-desk administrative tasks.
    • Provide clear information about the company, visitors' procedures, directions, etc.
    • Assist with basic clerical tasks: data entry, filing documents, photocopying, scanning, etc.
    • Maintain professionalism with appearance, behavior, and communication.
    • Handle customer inquiries politely, escalating issues when required.
    • Occasionally assist with light surprise tasks / errands as needed (e.g., ordering supplies, basic office maintenance oversight).

    Fresh can apply but experienced will be preferred

    Nearest/surrounding areas candidate will be preferred.
