    Description

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience of 1-2 years as an SQA Engineer, with a strong track record of successful testing projects.
    • Familiarity with automated/manual testing tools and frameworks. (Cypress, python, Javascript, selenium, playwright, Github Issues, Kanban)
    • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop comprehensive test plans that align with project requirements and timelines.
    • Define and implement effective testing strategies for various software applications.
    • Design and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of software products.
    • Conduct manual and automated testing as appropriate, ensuring adequate coverage of test scenarios.
    • Identify, document, and track defects using a systematic and organized approach.
    • Collaborate with development teams to facilitate the resolution and verification of reported issues.
    • Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features or enhancements do not adversely impact existing functionalities.
    • Automate regression tests to enhance efficiency and coverage.
    • Design and execute performance testing to assess the scalability and reliability of software applications.
    • Analyze and report performance test results, making recommendations for optimizations.
    • Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and priorities.
    • Participate actively in the Agile development process, providing quality assurance expertise.
    • Contribute to the enhancement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
    • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in software quality assurance.
