Main Responsibilities:

• Process Sales Transactions: Use cash registers, scanners, or electronic devices to efficiently handle sales and returns.
• Cash Handling: Manage cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Checkout Area Maintenance: Ensure a clean and organized checkout area to facilitate efficient transactions.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Cash Handling and POS Operation: Demonstrate proficiency in handling cash and operating a Point of Sale system.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in processing transactions and resolving customer issues.

• Possess fundamental math skills and basic computer knowledge.
