    Job Summary

    This role involves converting MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) into SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) by researching and gathering insights about potential leads, generating sales-ready meetings, and assessing their suitability for our services. You will be responsible for managing complex leads, analyzing pipeline data to identify bottlenecks, and tracking lead status in CRM.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Research assigned MQLs to gather insights on prospect's business model, company size, needs/challenges, and key decision-makers.
    • Generate sales-ready meetings for Account Executives.
    • Assess the suitability of potential leads for Tkxel's services.
    • Manage more complex leads compared to L1, including those requiring in-depth understanding of the product/service.
    • Analyze new/old pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and improve sales process.
    • Track and update lead status in CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on each lead's progress through the sales funnel.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Research and identify new leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, CRM tools, etc.
    • Conduct cold calls and send cold emails to potential prospects.
    • Regularly follow up with leads to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel.

    Reporting:

    • Create reports on lead conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and other key metrics.

    Requirements:

    • At least 1 year of experience, preferably in IT services or IT product sales experience.

    Work Schedule:

    • From 5 PM to 2 AM.
    • Female candidates are allowed to work from home after 10 PM.

    Estimated Salary: $$$$$$$$$$60,000 - $70,000 per annum
