    Key Responsibilities

    As EventMobi's Marketing Operations Specialist, you will own and optimize our automation programs, driving campaign set-up, performance tracking, lead assignment, lead attribution, and maintaining data hygiene.

    You will thrive in this role if you are data-driven, customer-obsessed, and love working collaboratively, with autonomy to experiment with the latest technology and shape and guide our marketing automation strategy and execution.

    • Automation Engineering: Build and optimize complex workflows powered by AI, nurture sequences, lead routing automations, lead scoring, and data hygiene.
    • Data Hygiene and Augmentation: Build automations to track data cleanliness, reduce sales team workload, and enhance data quality using Zoominfo or AI tools like Clay, Lindsay.
    • Tool Integrations: Connect HubSpot with other platforms (Clay, Lindy, Outreach, Gong, G2, Champion, Hindsight, GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more) to create a unified sales and marketing stack.
    • Analytics & Reporting: Create dashboards and reports to track funnel performance, CAC, attribution, and conversion metrics.
    • Campaign Set-up: Partner with the Demand Gen team to set up and manage multi-channel campaigns from end to end.
    • Channel Performance Analysis: Utilize tools such as GA4, GSC, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Semrush, Capterra, and G2 to derive actionable insights.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Demand Gen, product marketing, and sales to ensure seamless data handoffs, effective feedback loops, and strategic alignment.

    Your Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations using Hubspot.
    • Automation expertise: You live and breathe workflows, automation, and segmentation.
    • Strong command of marketing tools (Gong, GA4, Google Ads, GSC, Semrush, etc.)
    • Experience with AI tools: Clay, ChatGPT, Copy.ai, n8n, Lindy.
    • Experience with B2B SaaS and understanding of the modern GTM tech stack.
    • Highly analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
    • Comfortable working autonomously and proactively identifying opportunities.
    • Strong collaborator with great communication skills—you know how to turn data into action.
