Job summary
We are seeking a strategic and proactive HR Business Partner to work closely with plant leadership in building a motivated skilled workforce at Hub Industrial Area Pakistan Company transport will be provided.Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to plant leadership on all HR matters aligning people strategies with business goals.
- Analyze workforce trends turnover data and HR metrics to provide actionable insights for improving productivity and engagement.
- Support business planning by forecasting workforce needs and developing talent strategies to address skill gaps.
