    Key Accountabilities:

    • Identify New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek and identify potential business opportunities to expand the company's market.
    • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to acquire new clients and increase the company's customer base.
    • Account Management: Effectively manage existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
    • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
    • Performance Reporting: Compile and analyze sales performance data, providing regular reports to senior management.

    Essential Qualifications:

    Education: Minimum Bachelors Degree from a HEC recognized Local/ Foreign University.

    Professional Experience: Minimum years of experience in Real Estate Industry, with experience in selling High rise/ off-plan apartment projects in Lahore.

    The candidate must have the following qualities:

    • Ability to create and execute effective sales strategies.
    • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
    • Results-oriented professional, with the ability to drive projects independently from the inception to execution stages.
