    We are seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Tax Call Agent to communicate with the IRS and state departments to resolve tax notices.

    This individual will leverage excellent English communication skills to effectively negotiate and resolve tax-related issues, ensuring seamless interactions with tax authorities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound calls to IRS and state departments to resolve tax notices
    • Communicate effectively with tax authorities to resolve client tax issues
    • Document and update client records with call outcomes
    • Meet productivity and quality standards

    Requirements:

    • Excellent spoken English skills
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Background in finance/accounting/taxation (having a finance degree is a plus)

    Work Arrangements:

    • Night shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
