We are ChangeGroup / Prosegur Change, a leading provider of travel currency and payment service solutions. We're growing rapidly and looking for motivated Sales Consultants to join our team at Changi Airport.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by promoting our main services: sale and purchase of currency, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on current regulations and procedures to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering laws.
• Manage administrative tasks effectively to support sales efforts and track sales performance.
• Participate in sales activities, marketing projects, and other initiatives to drive business growth.

• A minimum upper secondary education and relevant sales experience are required.
• Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language is necessary, with additional languages being an advantage.
