    Assistant Manager Consultancy

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing financial records accurately and efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Leadership and Guidance: Provide direction and support to the accounting team, including task assignments, priority setting, and performance reviews.
    2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
    3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring variances, and providing explanations as needed.
    4. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and collections, reviewing aging reports and following up on overdue accounts.
    5. Bank Reconciliations: Manage bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions and account balances.
    6. Tax Compliance: Coordinate with external tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
    7. Audit Preparation: Assist in preparing for internal and external audits, gathering supporting documentation, and addressing audit inquiries.
    8. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor teams to achieve performance goals and foster a positive work environment.
    9. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives to provide customized solutions.
    10. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, improve efficiency, and implement best practices within the department.

    Requirements:

    1. CA Qualified/Finalists
    2. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles, preferably in a reputable accounting/auditing firm.
    3. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP; advanced Excel skills are preferred.
    4. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
    6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    7. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
