    Description

    Technical Support Specialist - Android App

    A key responsibility of this role is to collaborate with brand custodians in conceptualizing and developing a comprehensive Android app.

    The successful candidate will have the ability to gather detailed requirements around functionality, translate those requirements into elegant solutions, and develop a prototype to gauge scope and usability of the app.

    This individual will also be responsible for coding the app from scratch using required languages and tools, troubleshooting the developed app, and fixing bugs if found.

    In addition, the Technical Support Specialist will work alongside web developers to create and maintain a robust framework to support multiple apps, standardize platforms and apps to deliver across multiple brands, and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends in mobile technology.
