    We utilize design and experimentation to maximize revenue for our clients from their website traffic. With 180 employees, we are a significant player in a high-growth industry.

    About the Role

    This remote position requires a client-facing Project Manager with three primary responsibilities:

    • Coordination: Overseeing teams of 5-10 people (researchers, strategists, designers, copywriters, developers, QA, analysts, clients, etc.) and ensuring projects stay on track.
    • Strategy & Planning: Developing roadmaps for upcoming tests, selling visions to clients, and communicating progress in weekly meetings.
    • Energy: Fostering enthusiasm among clients and internal teams, driving project momentum.

    Your Qualifications

    We don't require AB Testing experience; training is available. Instead, we seek individuals with:

    • Extreme diligence and organization, ensuring timely project completion.
    • Experience in project management, preferably in software or agency settings.
    • Excellent communication skills, prioritizing proactive outreach to clients and maintaining project momentum.
    • Curiosity about technology and its inner workings.
    • Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, overlapping with our core hours of 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (New York).
