    Senior Sourcing Analyst

    Spearhead the development of cutting-edge analytic tools to optimize planning and allocation decisions, driving {company}'s vision for a competitive supply base.

    As a key player in Sourcing, you will collect and build data structures for standardized reporting and analysis, while serving as an expert on assigned sourcing allocation and planning processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Maintain a deep understanding of supply and demand dynamics within various system infrastructures.
    2. Execute and manage standardized reporting, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis to drive business insights.
    3. Enhance reporting capabilities through automation of data collection, improving efficiency and accuracy.
    4. Identify areas of improvement through analyses, derive solutions, and facilitate related decisions to drive business growth.
    5. Develop and implement effective communication packages to present results, recommendations, and solutions.
    6. Design and implement state-of-the-art analytic tools, applying them to provide analytical support within the assigned area and across divisions when needed.
    7. Establish yourself as a subject matter expert and knowledge base on data, analyses, and systems within the assigned area.
    8. Coach and train team members on using analytic tools and data to inform optimal planning and allocation decisions.
    9. Lead or participate in data, analytics, or system projects as assigned.

    Requirements:

    A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Supply Chain Management is required, along with a minimum 7+ years of experience in related fields.

    Skills:

    • Deep understanding of Allocation and Planning processes and structure
    • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to manage large data quantities from multiple sources
    • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
    • Strong communication and storytelling skills for persuasion and convincing others
    • Adaptability in a constantly changing environment and diverse management levels within a global organization
    • Operational cross-functionality and understanding of external business drivers
    • Familiarity with MS office applications, especially Excel, MSTR, and Power BI
    • Fluent written and spoken Business English

    Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year
