    Description

    Job Title: Assistant Manager Operations

    Summary: The Assistant Manager Operations will facilitate coordination and communication between B2B clients and IHHN, ensuring efficient execution of corporate medicals and diagnostic service reporting while emphasizing exceptional customer service and corporate relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide project-related support to clients and ensure completion of required documentation.
    • Cultivate and uphold outstanding corporate relationships, delivering exemplary customer service in accordance with IHHN policies.
    • Facilitate liaison among IHHN departments, including transport, radiology, laboratory, and EMR, for smooth execution of corporate medicals and timely provision of reports.
    • Coordinate with the IT department for project initiation formalities, documentation, and troubleshooting as needed.
    • Resolve customer queries or issues efficiently through effective coordination.
    • Conduct training sessions for new staff members.
    • Maintain communication channels between internal IHHN departmental services.
    • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

    Requirements: Minimum 3 years in a senior position in Admin/Operations. Master's (MBA & BS in Medical Technology preferably).

    Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
