    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct quarterly reviews of reporting structures in collaboration with department heads to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
    • Update job descriptions, key results areas (KRAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all positions based on revised structures.
    • Develop JDs and KPIs for new positions within the structure in a timely manner.
    • Support manpower planning by providing relevant data to Head HR & OD on a quarterly basis.
    • Report new hires to Head HR & OD along with job analysis and rationale.
    • Execute recruitment activities only for planned and budgeted positions in the organogram.
    • Provide required personnel on time to assigned departments.
    • Conduct selection interviews for all positions.
