    Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited is a subsidiary of Al-Futtaim Group. Recognized for corporate excellence, the company has achieved consistent success.

    The AGTL plant at Dera Ghazi Khan manufactures New Holland tractors in collaboration with CNHI - Case New Holland. Our mission emphasizes quality control and assurance.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Development of Dealership Network:
      • Develop dealerships according to company standards, appoint new dealerships, upgrade setups, and ensure seamless after-sales services.
      • Develop new setups and upgrade existing networks within the territory.
      • Brand dealerships and network as required.
      • Expand the after-sales service network by increasing authorized workshops.
    • Enhance and Develop Market Share:
      • Increase market share in the territory and promote sales of specified SKUs.
    • Institutional Liaison:
      • Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and private organizations involved in tractor financing.
    • Preparing Reports:
      • Prepare reports on customer feedback, product performance, dealer feedback, competitor activities, policies, and market analysis.
    • Event Planning and Execution:
      • Participate in commercial events, fairs, trade exhibitions, advertising campaigns, roadshows, etc.
      • Conduct demonstrations and free service programs in collaboration with the After Sales Service department.
    • Arrange and Conduct Training Programmes:
      • Conduct training sessions for dealers, dealership staff, customers, bank A.C.Os, government officials, tractor operators, and staff of private institutions/farms.

    Requirements:

    Education: BS in Agricultural Engineering, BBA/MBA, or MS in Farming.

    Experience: 2-5 years in agribusiness and services.

    Skills: Knowledge of agriculture-related business information.
