    Description

    Play a central role in delivering accurate sales channel performance reports.

    A deep dive into data is necessary to prepare performance reports that align with business requirements. This involves setting up Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

    The ability to identify and create sustainable synergies across various business functions is crucial for success in this role.

    You will be responsible for identifying new business areas and deploying strategic initiatives to drive business growth.

    Collaboration with senior management is essential to recommend strategies and business plans around sales, marketing, product, and other key cross-functional initiatives.

    Detailed process documentation, work instructions, and tools must be developed and updated to support execution.

    An analytics platform will be created to enable optimal resource allocation, tracking, and monitoring of KPIs across cross-functional teams.

    Maintaining excellent relationships and communication with cross-functional stakeholders is vital to inform and enable improvements in the quality of business delivery.

    Streamlining processes and increasing efficiency through the creation of workflow templates is also a key responsibility.

    Ongoing gap analysis of current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)/Service Level Agreements (SLAs) will be performed, with relevant policies drafted and rolled out.

    Analytics will be used to determine the level of impact and outcomes will be used to prioritize projects.

    Cross-functional collaboration on process evaluation and improvements will be ongoing.

    Job Requirements:

    A self-motivated and result-oriented individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and stakeholder management abilities is required.

    Strong strategic planning, analytical insights, process improvement, and problem-solving skills are essential.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is necessary, as is a minimum education level of graduation or masters.

    At least 4-5 years of experience in a planning role, driving high-impact initiatives, or strategic planning is required.

    Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum
