    Description

    Senior Marketing Manager

    Qualification and Experience:

    The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry with two different firms. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, while a Master's in Business or Marketing is preferred. Additionally, knowledge of HR software is necessary.

    Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics:

    The successful marketing manager will possess the following essential qualifications:
    A strong track record of progressively more responsible positions in marketing, preferably in a similar industry with two different firms.
    Excellent communication skills are crucial for this role.
    Demonstrated ability to boost productivity and continuously enhance methods and approaches is vital.
    A commitment to lifelong learning is essential.
    Expertise in internet and social media strategy with a proven track record is mandatory.
    Effectiveness in engaging with customers, customer evangelism, and customer-focused product development and outreach is expected.
    Ability to see the big picture and provide valuable advice and input across the company is critical.
    Leadership skills in an environment of constant change are necessary.
    Experience working in a flexible, employee-empowering work environment is preferred. Structured or large company experience may not be suitable for this role.
    Familiarity and proficiency with marketing tools including PR, written communication, website development, market research, product packaging, Microsoft software suite, visual communication software products, and creative services are required.
    Experience managing external PR and communication consulting firms and contractors is beneficial.
    Global marketplace experience is a plus.
