    Clinical Nurse (Interior Sindh and Balochistan Field Based)


    Job Summary


    Aga Khan University Hospital seeks a skilled Clinical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in Interior Sindh and Balochistan. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Nursing, at least two years of experience in an acute care setting, and certification in BLS, CPR, and other essential skills.

    Job Responsibilities


    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    1. Conducting initial patient assessments, identifying health needs, and developing individualized care plans
    2. Demonstrating safe handling and proper use of medical equipment, ensuring a secure environment for patients
    3. Monitoring patient responses to treatment, recognizing changes in condition, and reporting incidents promptly
    4. Assisting field doctors during consultations and procedures, providing support and expertise as needed
    5. Responding promptly and appropriately in emergency situations, carrying out procedures according to scope of service
    6. Performing other tasks assigned by supervisors, contributing to the team's efforts to deliver excellent patient care

    Requirements


    To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

    1. A Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution or a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing
    2. At least two years of work experience in an acute care setting
    3. A valid license from the Pakistan Nursing Council
    4. Certification in BLS, CPR, Safe Medication Administration, I/V Cannulation, ECG Interpretation, and Aseptic Techniques
    5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    6. A willingness to work in shift duties
