Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.

Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications that enhance user experience and drive engagement.

Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and iterate designs based on findings.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.

Develop visual designs that align with brand guidelines and convey the desired message.

Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.

Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve skills and workflows.

Contribute to the evolution of design processes and best practices within the organization.

REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Information Technology or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, graphic design.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop,Figma etc.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs within deadlines.

A passion for creating visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences.
