Job Purpose

Assuring the Quality of Finished goods and raw materials (Actives, Excipients, buying samples and Intermediates) received/ manufactured at Site.

• Sampling
• Physical Inspection
• Physical and Chemical Testing
• Labeling
• Retesting

Education, Experience & Skills

• M.Sc. Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry, Pharm-D or equivalent.
• at least 1-2 year on the same (or equivalent) position.
• Computer literacy, minimum to access and utilize emails for official correspondence.
• Use of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at least to a moderate level

Key Responsibilities

• Testing of Finished products and Raw materials.
• Hands-on experience of Laboratory instruments & analytical Instruments i.e., GC & HPLC.
• Sampling/ Identification of Raw materials.
• Laboratory documentation & Batch dossier generation.
• Data recording/ reporting using LIMS.
• Basic knowledge of GMP, GDP & EHS guidelines relevant to Laboratory Operations.
• Management of Reference standard.
• Reporting of Gross Error/ Atypical & OOS results.
• Hands-on experience of SAP transactions.
• Co-ordination with Planning and Production for adherence of Supply plan.
