Brand Executive - Islāmābād

Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Executive to join our Marketing Department at the Head Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events at the head office and branch level.
• Ensure brand guidelines are consistently followed across all communication platforms and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support brand growth.
• Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, customer insights, and campaign effectiveness.
• Organize and represent the brand in roadshows, activations, exhibitions, and PR events nationwide.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals for senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel frequently for brand activations and marketing assignments.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
