    Job Title: Lead Electrical Maintenance

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced electrical maintenance professional to join our team at KSB Company.

    Founded in 1871 in Frankenthal, Germany, we have a presence on all continents with our own sales and marketing organizations and manufacturing facilities.

    We have around 190 service centers and over 3,500 service specialists worldwide who deliver local inspection, maintenance, and repair services under the KSB SupremeServ brand.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Oversee electrical maintenance for the plant, machinery, and equipment.
    • Manage breakdowns and oversee corrective and preventive maintenance using CMMS.
    • Lead retrofitting and overhauling projects for industrial machinery.
    • Supervise the installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
    • Enhance electrical systems' performance by developing and maintaining them for optimal efficiency.
    • Recruit, onboard, and manage the electrical maintenance team to meet operational objectives.
    • Contribute to strategic planning with engineering recommendations and implement productivity and quality goals.
    • Develop and implement electrical plans by assessing operational needs, estimating costs, and preparing budgets.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, or mechatronics engineering (BE/BSc).
    • 13-15 years of experience in electrical maintenance and control systems.
    • Hands-on experience with CNC controllers, PLCs, VFDs, and HMI systems.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex electrical systems.
    • Knowledge of green energy solutions and HVAC systems is a plus.
