    Job Title:

    A high-performing Customer/Sales Manager is required to lead our sales operations and customer service team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Strategy Development:
      • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
      • Identify new market opportunities and trends to expand the customer base and increase sales.
    • Customer Relationship Management:
      • Nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive loyalty and retention.
      • Address customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints in a timely manner to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
    • Team Leadership:
      • Mentor and coach sales representatives to achieve their targets and maximize their potential.
      • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.
    • Sales Planning and Forecasting:
      • Develop and implement sales plans and forecasts to guide sales activities and resource allocation.
      • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and risks.

      Requirements:

      • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
      • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare, or beauty industry.
      • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
      • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
      • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends to drive informed decision-making.
