    Sales Manager

    We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to propel our customer acquisition and revenue growth initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive Sales Growth: Successfully lead the sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
    • Develop Strategic Plans: Craft and implement business strategies that expand our customer base and reinforce our market presence.
    • Team Leadership: Own the recruiting, goal-setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
    • Customer Relationships: Foster strong, lasting relationships with customers by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
    • Reporting and Forecasting: Present accurate sales, revenue, and expense reports, as well as realistic forecasts, to the management team.
    • Market Insights: Identify emerging markets, stay aware of new products and competition status, and adapt our strategies accordingly.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

    Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels of the organization.

    Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

    Strong business acumen and industry expertise.

    Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
