    **Job Title:** Senior UI/UX Designer

    We are seeking a skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to collaborate with our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing user-centered experiences, a strong understanding of modern design trends, and the ability to lead on complex design projects.

    **Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement user-centric design solutions that meet business objectives.
    • Conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to inform the design process.
    • Create detailed wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
    • Design visually appealing, accessible, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.

    **Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
    • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
    • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing tools.
    • Familiarity with front-end development technologies is a plus.
