    Description

    We are seeking a travel manager with a strong background in corporate key account handling and IATA agency ticketing counter experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Utilize Sabre and Galileo systems to efficiently manage client bookings.
    2. Provide exceptional client service, handling both walk-in and existing clients.
    3. Develop business opportunities by engaging new corporate clients.
    4. Process Umra and Hajj travel arrangements.
    5. Maintain excellent interpersonal skills to ensure seamless communication with clients and colleagues.

    Requirements:

    • At least two years of experience in an IATA agency ticketing counter.
    • Strong understanding of Sabre and Galileo systems.
    • Experience in corporate key account handling.
    • Excellent client service skills.
    • Knowledge of Umra and Hajj processing.
    • Ability to develop business opportunities.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
