Job Title: Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team in Bahawalpur Division, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure secondary SKU wise volume achievement vs targets assigned to enhance market share.
• Rationalize discounts in the market & use promotions intelligently to achieve company net sales revenue.
• Create new outlets and retain as per target and area potential to increase numeric & weighted distribution.
• Ensure all data in the sales information systems and conduct regular audits.
• Analyze SFE KPIs and modify the area route or adjust frequencies to improve green KPIs for pre-seller.
• Accomplish daily planned calls, spend ample time-in-market, and coach pre-sellers on 10-step call process.
• Discuss execution scores by outlets with pre-sellers on a daily basis & highlight gaps to ensure in-outlet execution being carried out by the team as per PicOS & RED criteria and all marketing initiatives in the area.
• Monitor and report competitor activity in the assigned area and suggest ways to counter them.
• Supervise the proper injection and optimal utilization of Company's Assets in the market i.e. coolers, glass, shell, signage, outlet activation material etc.
• Manage in-outlet investment having an optimal mix of discounts, DME, assets, & activation.
• Monitoring the efficiency of equipment, increasing cooler throughput, & reduce non-productive coolers.
• Responsible for making attempts to recover the cooler as per company procedure in case of missing or disputed cooler.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
