    Park Green City is a rapidly growing housing project, providing an opportunity to enhance your experience with a renowned housing initiative.

    The concept of Park Green City Islamabad weaves luxury, comfort, and affordability together with advanced infrastructure and best practices. Located near Chakri Road, this residential project is only a 15-minute drive from the airport and Ring Road. The payment plan is designed to be economical, allowing everyone to build their own property in Islamabad.

    Park Green City has partnered with RGC Builders as the building partners and Karsaaz Engineering as the official developers. They are seeking well-experienced Sales Managers to join their team.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Generate and qualify leads via phone calls and personal interactions
    2. Schedule sales appointments and activities to meet customer needs
    3. Promote products and services to new and existing customers
    4. Analyze customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions
    5. Closing sales by delivering exceptional customer service and salesmanship
    6. Develop strategies for effective sales closing and share them with the team
    7. Maintain positive business relationships to increase customer lifetime value
    8. Address client concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction
    9. Identify and pursue potential client referrals
    10. Track personal sales performance and appointments
    11. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets

    Requirements:

    Job Details:

    1. Strong communication and presentation skills

    3. Ability to commute or relocate to Islamabad for work (required)
    4. Education: Graduate degree preferred
    5. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the real estate industry preferred
