    Call Center Agent

    At Growpure Communications, we are seeking Customer Sales Representatives to join our team in Rawalpindi and Islamabad.

    **Job Summary:**

    We require individuals with excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience. Fluency in English is essential, as is the ability to work night shifts.

    **Key Responsibilities:

    • Contact customers via phone or email to address their queries and resolve issues
    • Meet sales targets by promoting products and services
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

    **Benefits Package:

    • Basic Salary: PKR 25,000 - 60,000 per month
    • Weekly, daily, and monthly bonuses
    • 22 working days off per year
    • 1 paid leave per year
    • Timings: 7pm to 5am with a 90-minute break

    **Requirements:

    • Minimum Matric/Intermediate (Higher education preferred)
    • 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
    • Good communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
    • Fluent English language skills
    • Able to work in night shifts
    • Able to work under pressure
