    Sales Manager

    The position encompasses business development activities in a call center, specifically handling telemarketing sales and client relationships. The role involves improving the client experience, leading a team of sales representatives, and achieving expected targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Monitor sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
    2. Tour the sales floor regularly, addressing issues and identifying areas for improvement.
    3. Maximize profitability and meet sales targets.
    4. Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales performance.
    5. Retail existing customers and develop a new customer base.
    6. Manage day-to-day sales operations.
    7. Maintain accurate sales and productivity records.
    8. Address staffing issues, including interviewing, appraisals, and providing training and development opportunities.
    9. Motivate a team to increase sales and efficiency.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or master's degree required.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in team leadership or supervision in a call center environment.
    • Pleasant, positive, and confident personality essential.
    • Strong communication, organizational, IT, and presentation skills required.
    • Ability to handle pressure, achieve sales goals, and exceed expectations.
