    Assistant Sales Manager

    HBM Oil & Ghee Mills, Pakistan is seeking an experienced sales professional to support the growth of our solar energy business. We are looking for a results-driven individual with exceptional sales skills and a strong understanding of the solar industry.

    Job Description

    We require an Assistant Sales Manager with 1-2 years of experience in direct sales and client handling. The ideal candidate will have:

    • Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English
    • A proven track record of converting sales leads into revenue-generating opportunities
    • Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships
    • A basic understanding of solar systems and their applications
    • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering against sales targets
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and adaptability to technology platforms like Salesforce, Trello, and Confluence

    Key Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    1. Handling sales leads generated from offline and online marketing activities
    2. Supporting the sales director in all sales-related activities
    3. Developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets
    4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
    5. Providing regular updates on sales performance and progress towards targets

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or commerce
    • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales and client handling
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
