    We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at {company}.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Manage customer accounts, including processing transactions, filing documents, and resolving issues.
    • Analyze customer needs and preferences to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide timely responses to inquiries.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve credit claims and other customer-related issues.
    • Provide System Usability Trainings to enhance internal knowledge and skills.

    Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A high school diploma or equivalent education.
    • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar customer service role.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
    • Flexibility to work during non-traditional hours, including shifts between 11 AM and 8 PM.
