    Assistant Operation Manager

    Home Shopping Network is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Operation Manager to join their team in Pakistan.

    Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers, managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Coordinate with customers to resolve queries and issues.
    2. Work with courier services to ensure timely delivery of products.
    3. Purchase goods and materials as required.
    4. Manage the dispatching process to ensure efficient delivery.
    5. Handle riders and manage day-to-day tasks assigned by the head.
    6. Respond to call center agents and provide support as needed.
    7. Coordinate internally regarding customer, product, or deposit-related issues.
    8. Work with vendors to negotiate prices and manage relationships.
    9. Perform other newly assigned tasks by management.

    Working Hours and Days: 10 hours (9:00 AM - 7:00 PM) from Monday to Saturday.

    Requirements:

    • Able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Result-oriented with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
    • Active, energetic, and speedy in work.
    • Proficient in SCR, social networking, record maintaining, and customer dealing.
    Reward Package: $40,000 per annum, including benefits.
