    Description

    Sales Executive

    LancMall Pvt Limited, Pakistan seeks a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth. As a Sales Executive, you will generate leads, prospect new clients, and close sales to meet targets.

    Responsibilities

    1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    2. Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
    3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase Lucemall's offerings.
    5. Negotiate contracts and terms of sale for mutual satisfaction and profitability.
    6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
    7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
    8. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.

    Requirements

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    2. Proven success in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
    3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    6. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive for continuous improvement.

    The estimated salary for this role is around 400,000 PKR - 600,000 PKR per annum, based on national averages.
