• Prior experience in Customer Service or Customer Dealing (CSR role)
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

Job Responsibilities:

• Dealing with customers through chats and calls
• Achieving targets
• Ensuring excellent customer experience
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, especially bridal and formal wear

Timings 12 to 9

Monday to Saturday
