- Minimum 4 - 7 years of relevant experience.
- Team / project management experience is desirable.
- Familiar with 2D / 3D modelling techniques.
- Competent in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Supervise / manage all the geotechnical aspects of civil infrastructure construction
- Manage and coordinate with consultants, contractors, geology, and mine planning for civil designs
- Review / manage geotechnical design processes for civil infrastructure
- Communicate and document civil fieldworks and remote in a timely manner
- Develop good working relationships with consultants / contractors
- Seek improvements to safeguard people, equipment and resources through monitoring programs, designs, blasting, data acquisition and analysis to deliver on study programs and production
- Work on complex problems and implement solutions through multi-disciplinary teams
- Track and update quarterly and annual budgets; and assist with long-term budget inputs
- Supervise contractors, junior engineers and technicians in field work and data collection
- Prepare daily, weekly, quarterly, yearly project progress reports.
