You will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from developing innovative sourcing strategies to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
